This is where we will post notifications if we have a combined sewer overflow. There are currently none at this time. If you would like to be put on a list to be notified by email in the event of a combined sewer overflow event, please fill out the CSO Contact Request Form on this page. For questions regarding CSO's, please contact Scott Pifher, our Waster Water Treatment Superintendent, at (419) 933-7515. A combined sewer overflow (CSO) has begun from the City of Willard CSO holding lagoon.
