The City of Willard collaborates with the Huron County Growth Partnership (HCGP) to promote economic development. HCGP is a public-private partnership dedicated to supporting business and community growth in Willard and Huron County. Business Startup Assistance
Business plan development, business application filing assistance, business location assistance, and connections to financial institutions for potential funding assistance are all offered to Willard citizens or individuals wanting to start a new business in Willard by the Willard Community Development Department. There is no cost for these services to Willard citizens ; however, the client does have to pay business registration fees.
