REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Willard is requesting statement of qualifications from design- build firms interested in being considered by the City as the potential design-build firm with respect to the renovations to the City Hall Police Department. The deadline for submission of the statement of qualifications is 1:00 p.m. on January 10, 2024.
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the CITY OF WILLARD – WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROEJCT will be received in the office of the City Manager at City Hall, 631 South Myrtle Avenue, Willard, Ohio 44890, until 1:00 p.m. (local time) on November 30, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is $8,950,000 as of October 2023.

The City of Willard is conducting an inventory of all water service lines, and we are asking property owners (tenants) to help us determine if the waterline running out of your home is copper, plastic, lead, or galvanized steel. If you find your name on the list, please complete a Claim Form which can be found below, along with instructions for filling out the form. Cities are required to hold onto unclaimed funds for 5 years. After that time, if still unclaimed, funds are transferred into the General Fund per Ohio Revised Code 9.39.
